Who We Are
To identify, recognize, develop, and celebrate African American student-athletes who demonstrate excellence in academics, athletics, leadership, and character. Through meaningful partnerships with schools, communities, mentors, and industry leaders, NAAAA provides opportunities that inspire achievement, create pathways to success, and empower young people to maximize their potential on and off the field.
To become the nation's premier organization for recognizing, connecting, and empowering African American student-athletes. We envision a future where every deserving scholar-athlete has access to the resources, relationships, recognition, and opportunities needed to thrive in the classroom, in competition, in their communities, and throughout their lives.

Our Purpose
The National Alliance of African American Athletes exists to honor achievement, cultivate leadership, and create opportunities for scholar-athletes who are committed to excellence in the classroom, competition, and community. By building a national network of educators, coaches, business leaders, and former athletes, we empower young people to transform their potential into purpose and their success into lasting impact.
What We Stand For
We believe greatness is achieved through consistent performance in academics, athletics, and personal development.
We believe integrity, discipline, accountability, and respect are the foundation of lasting success.
We believe every student-athlete deserves access to networks, resources, mentorship, and exposure that create life-changing opportunities.
We believe athletes have the power to influence their schools, communities, and future generations.
We believe success is measured not only by what an individual achieves, but by what they inspire and create for others.
